Doing something for yourself everyday helps buffer stress, and keep you mentally fresh. Skip intellectually-intensive activities and pick something that gives your brain a break instead. Strategy #3: Have standing personal appointments

Schedule your time in your calendar for others just like you would any other meeting. Budget time for your personal life like you budget your time at work.
