Recalibrate your body clock.

Your body has an internal clock that tells you when you should wake up and go to sleep. The most effective way to become an early riser is to recalibrate your body clock by changing when you're exposed to light, what time you wake up, and your day-to-day consistency (and yes, this includes the weekends).

Don't make the change all at once!

You can try to make a drastic change by going cold turkey, but unfortunately, this almost never leads to a lasting transformation. In this course, you’re only going to shift your rise time by thirty minutes a week. Bit by bit, we’re gonna work on chipping away at that clock until you’re waking up when you want to.
